I just had the pleasure of working with Cindy Bakula. She was incredible to work with. Her wealth of knowledge regarding the market and the area was great. She did everything that she could do to showcase the property! She was amazing to work with.

When I decided to move in June 2021, I had lived in the same place for 27 years. Needless to say the process of selling a home had changed significantly, so I decided that I needed the best real estate agent possible. I interviewed five agents and chose Cindy Bakula-Streeter, which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I'm not sure I would have survived the process if I hadn't had Cindy's knowledge and advice. She guided me through every step of the process. I never felt rushed into any decision, and Cindy answered all of my questions. She was encouraging and supportive without ever making me feel pressured. She went over all of the complicatad paperwork for the lising and for the closing before I had to sign anything. That way I was confident that I knew what I was signing. Cindy provided timeslines and estimates for all of the listing and closing components. I found that very helpful. Her advice about the actual timing for putting the house on the market and her help going over the offers was invaluable. I would recommend her without hestitation to anyone.

Cindy is a huge reason why I was able to buy my current home. She was able to convince the owners to allow me tour the home even though they had closed off appointments. We only had two hours to make an offer, and she was able to do that also She guided me through the entire inspection and closing proces. She answered every email and text message promptly and with good humor. I always trusted to Cindy to know what to do every time there was a bump in the road. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable real estate agent.

Cindy was a blessing to us as we approached the sale of our home in a very hot market. From preparation, to prospecting, open house, inspection, improvements through to closing she was on top of every detail, professional and rational about obstacles, and supportive as the process went along. In addition, she was a rock star in negotiations of some issues from the seller of the new home arose, she worked with the sellers agent, came up with work arounds and made sure we were content on all aspects. Now over a year in our new home and she continues to check up on us to make sure things are as we hoped and expected. Cindy also helped us find reputable contractors as we embarked on finishing our basement. We are grateful and thankful to have gone through this process with Cindy on our team, she is amazing!
