We had just sold our home and were moving from out of state to Matthews, NC. We were not familiar with the area and had a 4 week time limit to find a house. We had just received the acceptance letter from our son's school and knew that we needed to be within a fairly close driving distance to his school. Karen immediately set us up on her property notifications within our price range and traveling distance to the school. She showed us several homes several days in a row at the drop of a hat as we were coming in from out of town at the last minute. Karen walked 2 homes virtually for us...that was extremely helpful for us being out of town buyers. She answered phone calls, texts and emails at all hours of the day. She even wrote offers for us during her much needed weekend getaway with her sister. Once we found the perfect home, Karen was amazing again...everything was so streamlined and efficient. The home we chose was under contract at the time of the showing but had later fell out....perfect timing for us!!! Karen was so helpful in finding mortgage lenders to lawyers to insurance agents. Again, being out of town and not knowing the area was a bit scary but with Karen as our agent, everything just seemed to click into place. I'm so thankful that our cousin recommended Karen and I would recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a home. She's pretty awesome!!!

Karen Kitzmiller is extremely kind, knowledgeable, communicative, hard working and respectful. She never disappointed. She was always there to answer any questions and if she didn't have the answer then she stopped at nothing to find the answer and quickly. Karen was also relatable and made me feel like I was in good hands. I always trusted her opinion and perspective when approaching a property. Karen did her best to make sure that the pricing of the property was fair and she worked her hardest to ensure that I received the best offer. Karen is was also caring and observant of my needs. She listened to my thoughts and opinions and worked towards my vision of a house with me. I highly recommend Karen to all home buyers. She will never be forgotten.

Karen Kitzmiller is awesome. Not only did she find me my house, she referred me to a mortgage broker (who got me a fantastic rate) and a painter. She has the patience of a saint and took pandemic precautions as seriously as I did. She was also extremely responsive, never made me feel like a lesser priority even though my budget was very small.

Thank you Deena for your passion and drive as you sold my house. Your photographer made me remember why I fell in love with my house in the first place. The pictures and 3D viewing were very well done. You were on top of everything with the sale, and as I needed people to complete the repairs needed to sell you had a list of people that were professional and did an amazing job. You were always ready for what needed to be done and you took the time to make sure I was comfortable with each step of selling my house. Sherrie is a broker who takes a vested interest in helping her clients abs if they were family. She even helped prepare a CMA for a house I was going to buy from a friend, with no chance of a commission for Sherrie. She was just interested in helping any way she could.
