Emmanuel went above and beyond to assist my family find the perfect home. He was always available when needed. We viewed quite a few properties and he was very patient and helpful. His resources were helpful in answering questions we had. The home was more than what we initially intended on paying however a bunch of must haves were met. The house we chose was the first property we say and after seeing others I couldn’t give up on this home. I love it so much and look forward to settling in with my family. I will be referring anyone moving to NC to Emmanuel he was top tier.

Deena brought a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate and priced our home to sell in just 12 days of listing right at our asking price! By recommendation from several co-workers who had sold their homes with Tina Cliffe, we got in touch with her about selling our home. My first impression of Tina was that she has a bubbly personality, she's energetic, she's relatable and she's eager to get you where you want to be. To be sure that our home was represented accurately, Tina used a professional photographer which I thought was so important. Tina stayed in contact throughout the whole process. When we had questions, we felt completely comfortable calling or texting her. Tina thinks about the process from the buyer's or the seller's perspective and she would always be thinking ahead. My husband and I would be discussing something that we didn't understand and just at the right time, Tina would call to explain everything. She worked for us day and night.
