Phillip went beyond the normal scope of duty as a real estate agent. I was out of country and he was going through a lot of issues in his personal life during this transaction, but he was always available via phone and email. We had just sold our home and were moving from out of state to Matthews, NC. We were not familiar with the area and had a 4 week time limit to find a house. We had just received the acceptance letter from our son's school and knew that we needed to be within a fairly close driving distance to his school. Karen immediately set us up on her property notifications within our price range and traveling distance to the school. She showed us several homes several days in a row at the drop of a hat as we were coming in from out of town at the last minute. Karen walked 2 homes virtually for us...that was extremely helpful for us being out of town buyers. She answered phone calls, texts and emails at all hours of the day. She even wrote offers for us during her much needed weekend getaway with her sister. Once we found the perfect home, Karen was amazing again...everything was so streamlined and efficient. The home we chose was under contract at the time of the showing but had later fell out....perfect timing for us!!! Karen was so helpful in finding mortgage lenders to lawyers to insurance agents. Again, being out of town and not knowing the area was a bit scary but with Karen as our agent, everything just seemed to click into place.
