I lived out of state and Michelle worked with me by sending me homes to review. Any questions I had about a house she found the answers for me. One house had a shared well. Michelle found out if the house could be hooked up to the city water and what the cost would be. Once I had a few houses that I liked, she took my son to look at them. I then had one house that I really liked (and my son likes) but I did not want to buy it would out someone else looking to. My father (who was a contractor) went down and Michelle took him to the house to look over.
