Moving to a new state, we had several areas to consider with a number of houses to look at in a short period of time (over a couple visits). Michelle mapped out the selections to be most efficient, and as she listened to our feedback during the showings, was able to modify our path to exclude houses that wouldn't be our style and include others that could be a good fit. She was responsive and communicated via phone, text and email -whichever was the most efficient. It was a smooth process beginning to end, and all questions I had, she addressed in a quick fashion - if she didn't know immediately, she would quickly find out. She was professional, yet personable and a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.

I lived out of state and Michelle worked with me by sending me homes to review. Any questions I had about a house she found the answers for me. One house had a shared well. Michelle found out if the house could be hooked up to the city water and what the cost would be. Once I had a few houses that I liked, she took my son to look at them. I then had one house that I really liked (and my son likes) but I did not want to buy it would out someone else looking to. My father (who was a contractor) went down and Michelle took him to the house to look over. About a month later was the first time I could go down and Michelle met me at the house so that I see what I was buying. Michelle ended up taking three different family member to this house. This is the house I ended up getting. She even worked with me and my son to do the walk-through.
