The team was knowledgeable, patient, and informative during the whole process. As a first time homeowner, I had a idea of the steps to purchasing a home. My realtor gave great advice on what to look for and took time to guide my daughter and I through the process. Mrs. Parks introduced us to a team, that assisted with the loan process, our lawyers, which aided us too qualify for programs where we didn't make a down payment. Julie listened to our story and helped find a home that solved our unique needs. She put many miles in and three counties later, helped us find a home that is perfect for our family. Some realtors are simply “door-unlockers” or will say anything to wrap up a sale. Untrue for her! Even though this is our 7th house purchase, she taught us so much more about real estate. She knows the law, is extremely ethical and is a tough negotiator. I cannot recommend her enough.
