We were referred to Karen by our realtor in Alabama and it was the perfect referral. Karen is very punctual with appointments. She pretty much bent over backwards for us. Karen was an essential asset to our new home buying experience at Del Webb Carolina Riverside in Belmont North Carolina. She helped guide us every step of the way, from signing the purchase contract, to the design center visit, inspections, the initial and final walk throughs, and the closing. She was nearly always available if we had a question or concern. Since we are not from the area, we felt confident that we could depend on her to be our in-person representative. She went to bat for us when an issue arose with one of our design center options, and she was there for us when we had complications with our funding for the mortgage.
