Tina was patient as I started my house searching more passively at the beginning of the year. I started looking more seriously in july and Tina was great to work with. Many things came up during due diligence on the property I chose and she ran down everything and was very helpful with her recommendations and setting up inspectors, the county, etc. I would have not been able to navigate this first time purchasing a house nearly this easily if Tina had not been in my corner of the ring.
