Exceptional service that made buying our dream home a reality!

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! From the beginning of our home-buying journey in 2018 where Lia helped us get into our beautiful first home to finally closing on our new property in 2026 which fulfilled a dream to own some acreage, Lia Patterson was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping our family find the right homes. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but Lia made the entire process of both as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Excellent to work with.

As Realtor of the Year Nathan was an easy choice, and we were not disappointed. He was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We were greatly impressed with his marketing skills as he captured the beauty and character of our home and it's surroundings in panoramic photographs that looked like pages right out of a travel magazine. We greatly appreciated Nathan's expertise and support as he guided us through the process of selling our home. We are pleased to recommend him and would be happy to work with him again.

Friendly, knowledgeable, no stress whatsoever. Very good communicator.

We are not local to the area and we chose a lakefront property that interested us that wasn’t always available to see when we were available. Nathan stayed on top of it and called us with an opening that did work in our schedule. We ended up buying the property no questions asked. We had already been looking at others and settling in a different area and because of Nathan’s diligence we purchased the property he was representing. He worked with us and the homeowner to create a sales deal for our new dream home! Thank you Nathan!!

Excellent experience from start to finish.

My husband and I hired Nathan Fine as our broker to sell our lake house, located in Lower Lake, CA. I hired him due to his many 5-star ratings on Google. I have worked with other realtors in the south side of Lake County and was looking for a fresh start. Nate was exceptional all the way through from the moment we talked through getting the home ready to list, to having many open houses, and then finding a buyer for the property. The Lake County real estate market is very challenging right now and so Nate had his work cut out for him. He started by hiring the best home photographer and showing up so early to catch the magnificent sunrise. Unfortunately, the clouds concealed the sunrise that morning (of course!), so he brought the photographer back to catch some additional amazing photographs. The house looked great and the photographer even captured hundreds of pelicans on the lake. Wow just wow! We were giving up hope and planning to relist it when the market picked up when low and behold, Nate found a buyer! After the buyer was under contract, Nate kept us informed and updated. The transaction went so smoothly and even closed on time. The buyers were contingent so we were nervous but it worked out and closed rather quickly from start to finish. He always made us feel that he had our interests (and the buyers' interests) covered and at the forefront of all actions he carried out. We could not be happier and strongly urge you to hire Nate. You will not regret it! I promise you!
