I never felt bad asking to see yet another house because she put us at ease every time we apologized for being such slow buyers, and she was always so patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. She really understood our needs and kept an eye out for us. When we went to an open house for the one we ultimately bought, we called her then and there, on a Sunday - I think she was even out of town! - and she had an offer in for us within an hour. It ended up being both a fast and a complicated close, and she was by our sides every step of the way keeping us informed, always a phone call or text away for the million questions we had.
