When my Mom passed in March of 2026, I was placed in a tough spot. The Mobile Home Park where she had lived for 30+ years hit me with written notice 2 days after Mom passed that I had 60 days to sell the place or donate it to them. And do certain repairs, including repaint the exterior, among others. I live 60 miles away. I researched active agents and talked with Lia. I gave her the listing and I concentrated on the fix up.
