Excellent Negotiator. Buying a property is stressful. Shandy Williams makes this process as straightforward as possible with timely clear and concise communication of texts, emails and docusign contracts. She has a reassuring manner and listens to the needs of her client and faithfully represented me with my concerns during this purchase. She is a skilled negotiator, and offered meaningful perspective when I needed it. I hope to do business with Shandy Williams again in the future and highly recommend her.
