This agent went the extra mile when we met he hiked the 80 acres parcels. Excellent photos from a half mile down of the creek water!. I spent many years messaging and writing emails. I look forward to face to face communications with my realtor.

You were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how accessible you were and how promptly you responded to my questions and concerns. Your excellent communication, patience, and willingness to help made the experience much smoother and less stressful. Thank you

Working with David Haar to sell my home was the perfect choice. From our very first meeting, he brought local market knowledge, a clear strategy, and a calm, reassuring presence to the entire process. What really stood out was David's communication and attention to detail. His willingness to pitch in—like helping me weed whack while I was overwhelmed with packing—proved just how committed he was to getting my property sold. He handled negotiations like a pro and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to David's hard work, even in a buyer's market and a rural area, the house sold in record time. If you are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor, look no further than David Haar. I couldn't be happier!

Not only did Maria help me every step of the way, but she also did a lot of behind the scenes stuff to make sure that my home sold in time to make the cut off for the other property.
