Excellent market knowledge and total professionalism.

Sean went out of his way on this sale for over two years! Our coast home had a lot of deferred maintenance for many reasons and he handled the situations with kindness, aplomb, and consistency. He found good buyers and we got the transaction completed with all parties happy with the outcome. Sean had to deal with two sellers who weren't always on the same page, but he patiently solved every issue that came up and really helped in negociations. I wholehartedly recommend Sean and Luxe Places for all your real estate needs.

Sean was a pleasure to work with during the purchase of my property. He was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. I truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and hard work. I highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thanks again for everything!

Working with Lis Patterson was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. Needing to move closer to my adult children, we needed to sell our home as quickly as possible, Lia kept in contact via phone calls, text messages and emails. She is caring and understanding. She made selling the old home place a pleasant experience. Lia not only had to work with myself but also other family members that needed her input and expertise. She was so accommodating. I am very pleased with Lia’s help and completion of selling our Willits, CA home. She is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and cares about the families she helps.

I loved Working with Miriam. She was thorough, professional and personable. She fought for what was important to me and had tough conversations with me when situations came up we couldn’t control. I recommend Miriam without reservations.

She really put forth the effort, and worked through problem renters too. She got the property sold so I could move, and made things easy.
