We spent a good 2 hours that day and not once did he try to wrap it up! He just let us decide when we had seen enough. Through this experience I knew that we wanted to work with him. We actually we're not even pre-approved When we looked at the property. Some agents won't even show you a property unless you're pre-approved, Not Forest! We got to work on working with our lender to get the financing but ran into some catch 22s that were working against us. We let Forest know what was happening and he connected us with a broker who He thought could help us, Tony Falbo. He was right! Tony got us the loan and worked closely with Forest and streamlined the process. These guys both communicated wonderfully and got the job done! Forest was honest and worked hard to make sure we felt well taken care of and worked fairly even as a duel agent. 10 out of 10! You want the property Forest can make that happen!
