They were also very helpful in negotiating the purchase price and the other details, home insurance, inspections, closing timing and maintenance suggestions. When I decided to buy my house I said, let’s do it, how fast can I make this happen? Everyone swung into action, it was so positive and efficient. Tony has been there after the sale when I was trying to find a cleaner, a plumber, handi-person, HVAC, he checked in with me often to see how it was going and I feel that I always have someone to ask when anything happens - his suggestions are both from experience and from listening to me. No assumptions made. Tony and Jake are professional, thorough and incredibly kind. And importantly they are responsive, I received a call 30 seconds after I made an inquiry about a house and we saw it the next morning, incredible. I highly recommend Tony and Jake Hernandez, in life we don’t notice great service enough, we usually focus on the negative.
