As first time home buyers, we had no clue what we were doing. Sonjia gently and kindly guided us through every step of buying a home. I never felt pressured, never felt judged, and always felt that she understood my very specific vision--even as my ideas and desires shifted and evolved through the process. She was always responsive, often available to do tours at VERY short notice, and used every resource available to her to answer any crazy question we came up with. It felt like she was always one step ahead on the exact right path. She asked all the right questions to get at the heart of our needs. She listened carefully to what we said we wanted, and how we reacted to each of the 30 or so houses we looked at, and adapted as we went. Her enthusiasm and warmth is unmatched.
