My husband and I worked with Bill in the spring/summer of 2020 to purchase our first home. We would unequivocally recommend Bill to any/all future homebuyers in NorCal. He was amazing to work with at every step. He is so knowledgeable, responsive, and transparent. He is also a super nice and fun guy to work with--so much so that we've missed chatting with him after moving into our new place! Bill also has recommended a number of great helpful contacts in his network to help us get some projects started after the move-in. I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Bill. Thanks to him we've never been happier and found an awesome home in just the right area for a solid price.
