A graduate of Clemson University, Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and later earned her Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice at North Georgia Technical College. Prior to real estate, Melissa worked in Administrative Services for Clemson University and later as a Probation Officer in the State of Georgia with the Northern Judicial Circuit. There’s not enough space here to write all the great things about Laura, this was our first time buying a house and we had so much anxiety going into it. Laura truly listened to us, heard us and did everything in her power to get us in a home that’s perfect for our family. Kimberly Smith is the best around. She is very knowledgeable and does her research on your specific market before she comes to view the home. This gives the homeowner a great place to start the listing process. She comes with comps of homes that have sold in your area recently and with market data for you to review. She helped me stage my home with items I already owned, had professional pictures completed, and she had the home priced correctly to sell. She listed my home and we had an offer from the first potential buyer and closed within four weeks of listing. If you are looking for someone who will be on your side, has great negotiation skills, always calls backs quickly, and most importantly, trustworthy, Kimberly Smith is the realtor you need to work with.
