Melissa NeSmith of ReMax is an absolutely wonderful realtor—I would highly recommend her. She was very personable, knowledgeable, caring, and dependable and she intuitively offered excellent advice when needed along the way. Phone calls and texts were answered quickly. I was an out of state seller as the house I was selling was part of an estate and Melissa consistently went above and beyond in making the entire process a stress-free experience. I cannot thank Melissa enough for the fabulous job she did in selling my home!

It has been a great pleasure having Melissa to help us purchasing a property. She is hardworking, prompt, knowledgeable, professional and experienced. She was protecting our best interest even when we didn’t know that we were protected. I would highly recommend Melissa.

We decided to work with Laury and Vic after a referral from our next door neighbor at our second home on Lake Hartwell. We were never anything less than very happy with the service that we received. That included very educated and wise advice through the process but also their kindness in going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with everything. When offers were made, they guided us through the process and decisions. We never felt anything but full support from both of them.

Laura was amazing from day 1! We threw a lot of wants/needs and she delivered! We quickly learned, what we thought we wanted was not actually what we needed and she adapted immediately and ended up showing us the house we purchased on day 1! I would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell! She was quick to respond to our many questions, very knowledgeable of the area & real estate in general. She truly made our experience so easy!
