Monica is phenomenal! We moved from out of state and didn’t have a firm timeline. More if a house popped up we’d look otherwise we’d begin seriously searching in the spring. Monica was never pushy, but always available to answer questions. Being from out of state I asked a lot about different areas and neighborhoods. I actually found the house we bought in a Facebook group before it went live. We thought we don’t even need an agent, we found a house let’s go in unrepresented! Boy we’re we wrong! Thanks to Monica’s negotiating skills and advise we were able to get the house the day it went to market before what we knew would be a popular open house. Upon inspection there were issues we didn’t feel comfortable with and wanted to back out. Monica talked us through everything. She didn’t pressure us into staying in contract, instead we walked though all the line items and discussed non-negotiable repairs/terms. She worked hard to keep this house for us when even we didn’t know if it’d work out and we are SO glad she did!!
