I have worked with Macy many times both on the buy and sell side. She does her homework. On the sell side, she pull comps. and provides you with the information needed to price your house appropriately. She proactively markets your house to drive buyers to your listing. Macy is not just going to tell you what you want to hear. If she thinks there is something that needs to be done to make your house more marketable, she will give you that advice which I think is sometimes difficult for sellers to hear since this is "their house" and often reflects their taste and personality. On the buy side, Macy spends the time needed to find the right home for you. Once you find "the one", she does her research to tell you what a fair offer is and how you should approach the negotation process. She lets you know what's going on at every step along the way and when she believes you should stand firm and when and where you should be flexible. She's creative and thinks outside the box when it comes to making offers and what to include and exclude. To sum it up, if you want an experienced real estate agent that you will be glad is on your side and you will use again and again, Macy is your person.

Monica is phenomenal! We moved from out of state and didn’t have a firm timeline. More if a house popped up we’d look otherwise we’d begin seriously searching in the spring. Monica was never pushy, but always available to answer questions. Being from out of state I asked a lot about different areas and neighborhoods. I actually found the house we bought in a Facebook group before it went live. We thought we don’t even need an agent, we found a house let’s go in unrepresented! Boy we’re we wrong! Thanks to Monica’s negotiating skills and advise we were able to get the house the day it went to market before what we knew would be a popular open house. Upon inspection there were issues we didn’t feel comfortable with and wanted to back out. Monica talked us through everything. She didn’t pressure us into staying in contract, instead we walked though all the line items and discussed non-negotiable repairs/terms. She worked hard to keep this house for us when even we didn’t know if it’d work out and we are SO glad she did!! We love our home, we felt really good by the time we got to closing and knew it never would have happened if we didn’t have great representation. Would recommend Monica time and time again!

Mila was fantastic to work with and I would recommend her to anyone for selling or buying a new home. She very professional and organized from start to finish. Mila assisted with prepping our home and did an amazing job staging the house when it came time to list. The house was sold within hours on the first day it was listed. I attribute the quick sale to Mila's skilled packaging and marketing of our home. I would definite work with Mila again if I am selling.

Our home purchase was complex and involved not only challenging sellers and agent, but three equally challenging buyers. Jason stuck with us throughout the trying transaction. He helped us find the right property and navigate the general home buying process. I wish that Jason would have provided more of his expertise and recommendations to us during the process. I would have loved to hear “this is what I would do” or “this is what I typically see” or “based on data, this is what Is recommend”. Often we were left to navigate decisions on our own. I would have appreciated more guidance during the process. I would look to a realtor to provide that as part of their service.
