Kimberly was a pleasure to work with in helping me purchase my first home. She simplified the stressful home buying process and was always in communication with me about the most up to date information on any house I was interested in. During my search, Kimberly made sure we considered factors such as roof, heating and cooling units, plumbing, and electricity and not just the aesthetics of a home. I especially appreciated how patient she was with me by not making me feel rushed into buying a house I may soon later regret. I eventually purchased a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood that had received several offers from buyers—I owe that to Kimberly working strategically to make sure my offer would be accepted as best. Highly, highly recommend Kimberly’s expertise!
