Karen is a very knowledgeable agent of the housing market. We could not have asked for a better agent. She went above and beyond helping us sell our home and purchasing a new one. In the middle of buy/sell process my husband was in the hospital and I had Covid. She got all the necessary papers and with mask & gloves on she brought to house for me to sign and then went to hospital so my husband could sign.
