The closing date on my home was changed three different times because the bank in North Carolina required documentation and release of funds. We dd a "dry close" on the last scheduled closing and I received my funds the next day. If I had to do this on my own, I would have canceled the sale and moved back in. So, thank you ladies for keeping things on track and communicating what was happening so there were no "big" surprises.
