A Tricky Closing

Shelly and Brianna shepherded us through a tricky closing. My buyer was selling his home in North Carolina. Most unusual, North Carolina gives buyers 7 days AFTER closing to cancel the purchase. The closing date on my home was changed three different times because the bank in North Carolina required documentation and release of funds. We dd a "dry close" on the last scheduled closing and I received my funds the next day. If I had to do this on my own, I would have canceled the sale and moved back in. So, thank you ladies for keeping things on track and communicating what was happening so there were no "big" surprises.
