I chose Rachell because she (I believe) gave me the most realistic pricing of my property. I had a few other agents rate me way too high (Again, in my opinion). I knew the market for sellers wasn't great and wanted to get my house sold in a timely manner and Rachell gave me a fair assessment of my property and its worth. Past that, I needed someone who could do everything digitally or remotely as I wouldn't be around for the sale (I moved cross country).
