He is timely, communicative, available and reassuring when needed (lol - which was often for us). He knows his business and he is fair in all aspects, whether it comes to pricing, valuation, or what needs to be done to make your home complete. Hank does his homework before and during the process of either buying or selling of the home. We trust Hank whole-heartedly when it comes to home buying and/or selling.
