I inherited a home when my Brother passed away. I was not sure what to do so I searched google and saw that John Foster is a Cumming GA Real estate agent that specializes in helping people that inherit homes sell them. He was very kind and understanding - it was very emotional selling my brother's home. John's marketing was excellent, his photos are beautiful and John was so helpful when explaining the Atlanta Real Estate Market, what to expect and how quickly the home would sell. My brother and I inherited a home from my parents, and the time came to sell it. My brother worked with John Foster as his realtor in Cumming Ga many years ago so he called John Foster and he was a great real estate agent to work with. He knew the contract really well and understood the process of selling an inherited home – I could tell he has done this many times before. John communicated with my brother and I throughout the process and I highly recommend him as your Real Estate agent if you have a home to sell in North Atlanta. John was very professional. Kept us informed about the situation at least once a week. He assisted in having the house fixed by a handyman after the inspection before the closing. We definitely will refer his services to our friends. Very professional

John was beyond incredible. He was very strait forward while also giving us our space to make decisions. He was a great teacher when it came to homes and buying a home in general, which was fantastic for us first time home buyers. His communication was very quick and efficient. He was careful to notice things that could’ve created problems down the line. His professionalism was met with great kindness and felt like a friend from the moment we met him.
