He was very kind and understanding - it was very emotional selling my brother's home. John's marketing was excellent, his photos are beautiful and John was so helpful when explaining the Atlanta Real Estate Market, what to expect and how quickly the home would sell. Darren is a top notch agent, you never had to wonder what the next step was in selling our house Darren and Gina were keeping us updated daily. He truly is a premier restate agent, they staged our house, moved furniture for us and did the little/big things that make a difference when selling a house. Pictures were fabulous and they did a 360 so people could view our house virtually which expanded the market views. Darren and Gina both have extensive market knowledge what the price point should be and as showing came up he communicated what was said about our house from perspective buyers.
