He was very kind and understanding - it was very emotional selling my brother's home. My brother and I inherited a home from my parents, and the time came to sell it. My brother worked with John Foster as his realtor in Cumming Ga many years ago so he called John Foster and he was a great real estate agent to work with. He knew the contract really well and understood the process of selling an inherited home – I could tell he has done this many times before.
