I used John Foster as my Realtor to sell a home in Cumming many years ago. For some reason when the time came to sell my current house I selected another realtor. When my home in Cumming GA did not sell – I was not sure that to do so I called John Foster and he came right over. He explained to me process and the Cumming Real Estate market and walked me through the entire process. This meeting alone increased my confidence. John Foster knows our real estate market – and helped me get my home sold when the prior agent could not. He listened to what my goals were and helped me get what I wanted. I inherited a home when my Brother passed away. He was very kind and understanding - it was very emotional selling my brother's home. He knew the contract really well and understood the process of selling an inherited home – I could tell he has done this many times before. John was very professional. Kept us informed about the situation at least once a week. He assisted in having the house fixed by a handyman after the inspection before the closing. We definitely will refer his services to our friends. Very professional
