Jim was such a great guy from the start, very reassuring, he tells you what he believes needs to be done to ensure that the house purchase is successful. He definitely has great communication skills and is persistent in pushing the offer through to the other party to get the results you want. I would definitely use Jim for my next purchase or sale.
