My goodness, where do I start!..Anthony has been exceptional every step of the way. We probably never would've stumbled upon our dream 1st home without his knowledge and expertise. We found Anthony through a realty company who suggests agents based on needs. We chose Anthony after another agent we tried working with was not at all into helping us reach our goal of home ownership after canceling viewings within 5 to 10 mins of the appointment...super weird! Anywho, we were immediately drawn to and WANTED all the help he was offering. Extremely responsive and goes the extra step each step of the process, to exceed your expectations. Closing was another victory, he knows exactly how to go in and deliver with the negotiation side. Without him we would not have closed this soon on such a wonderful house! I am still in awe!!! If you're in the market for a house and want an agent who truly stands on business for his clients...I wouldn't use anyone else other than Anthony. You've certainly earned our repeat business for sure, thank you immensely!

Brad Echols is one of the finest realtors and I give him my highest recommendation. He helped me and my wife find a home in 21 days. He was highly professional, eminently knowledgeable, and obviously qualified. This was our first time purchasing a house and he was able to explain all the legalities in a way we could understand. He came prepared to each property with documentation about the house. He was able to look up median prices in the neighborhood and give us price estimates on repairs so we could be informed if a house was right for us. After 2 weeks, we were close to making a final decision on a house and we wanted to see just 4 more on our list. We were scheduled to meet with Brad that weekend and it snowed. We thought we would have to delay, but Brad said he would show us the houses anyway. We marched through snow to all 4 houses. That day, we ended up buying the house we now call home. Another realtor may have canceled, and I might not have purchased such a nice house for my family. His team was excellent as well. They were courteous and prompt with emails and they helped walk us through all the paperwork. There was always someone to email, text, or talk to if we needed help. I am satisfied with the Echols Realty Team. From my experience, I seriously doubt you could find a better realtor in the entire state of Georgia.
