Kristy was a pleasure to work with. This is the second time we have used her. I wish we had more properties in her area so we could use her again. She is very responsive and a great negotiator. Kristy is always on top of everything.
Mr. Bailey made the experience of selling our home way more pleasant than I expected. From day one, he was very informative and we stayed in constant communication. The process started off slowly and was somewhat stressful at the beginning, which was mostly due to our expectation of a higher number of weekly viewings. Nevertheless, he stayed committed and reassured us. We made adjustments along the way and met our goal of our home sale within the timeframe discussed. His knowledge and experience were instrumental. He is a diligent professional and is greatly appreciated!
