Selena is an amazing realtor! The seller was a bit difficult but she made sure to support me and protect my investment. She helped me obtain documents that were necessary for me to be clear to close and help clear up financial discrepancies with my lender by obtaining HOA fee letters. She even went as far to help me research my new area, from schooling needs for my children to necessities nearby. She will go above and beyond for you.
