This was our first time selling a house. There was a lot of unknowns. We lived in an area that wasn’t moving as fast as one would like. Richard would explain to us how to go about selling our house. He was always very positive. He answered every question we had, but in a way where it was cause he wanted us to understand. He loves his job, his clients, he truly loves just helping clients get what they love. He promoted our house in soooo many ways. He knew when/if to drop the price of our home. We will always use Richard!!
