We decided to work with Laury and Vic after a referral from our next door neighbor at our second home on Lake Hartwell. We were never anything less than very happy with the service that we received. That included very educated and wise advice through the process but also their kindness in going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with everything. When offers were made, they guided us through the process and decisions. We never felt anything but full support from both of them.

Laura was amazing from day 1! We threw a lot of wants/needs and she delivered! We quickly learned, what we thought we wanted was not actually what we needed and she adapted immediately and ended up showing us the house we purchased on day 1! I would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell! She was quick to respond to our many questions, very knowledgeable of the area & real estate in general. She truly made our experience so easy!

We could not have chosen a more dedicated, knowledgable, caring, ethical, and customer oriented agent. Michelle listened and cared about all our wants and needs from the first meeting. Personable and professional she crossed the T's and dotted the I's. Giving attention to, and utilizing every resource at her disposal to market our home. Professional photos, drone photography and an extremely descriptive listing gave buyers a clear and accurate idea of our property. Communication was perfect. She kept in touch sharing important details and keeping us up to date with activity. We had fair notice of every showing and useful feedback from every one. She shared insight and suggestions. She worked, I mean WORKED, for us. She sold our house in a changing market while others remained on the market even after price reductions. Michelle is a ROCK STAR! Thank you!
