I searched home sales in the neighborhood to find realtors with the greatest local knowledge. I then read reviews on the couple of realtors that I identified. The realtor that seem most prominent did not have very good reviews. As soon as I read the reviews on Kristin, I knew we had the right realtor.Kristin helped with finding local contractors to do a few things that needed to be done. She kept an eye on the property as I did not live nearby. She would touch base regularly to let us know how things were going. The home market was not great and it was not a fast sale. However, that has nothing to do with Kristin skill or work ethic. We were completely pleased with her professionalism and knowledge.

I cannot say enough good things about Kristin. We came from out of state and did not know the area but knew this was the lake we wanted to live on. We had a long list of wants. Kristin spent our first few visits teaching us about areas of the lake and learning what we liked and didn’t. We were not in a rush to buy, just hoping to find the perfect property at some point.
