Hall was very knowledgeable across the board, flexible with scheduling showings etc and very active in responding. Where he really shined though was in his candor. He pointed out nuances that would have been over my head and gave honest feedback on each property from his perspective. He wasn't trying to just make a sale. He worked to find what was the ideal fit for me, regardless of the extra time it took.

I’d read that it can sometimes take months to close and I didn’t want to wait that long so everyone worked fast and hard to get it all done. Autumn kept in constant contact with me. Texted me every day to check in and give me updates. Made sure when I knew when documents and necessary info was due and always answered my calls and texts in an amazingly timely manner. There were no questions she didn’t know the answer to and if there were she found out incredibly quickly and gave me updates. Always explained anything to me that I didn’t comprehend during the entire process which mainly consisted of terms and meanings on contracts and anything I had to sign. The lending team she suggested moved so fast and were so detailed that I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of it all. I couldn’t recommend Autumn enough.
