David is extremely knowledgeable and facile in navigating the market. He does extensive background investigation into the area where the home is to be sold and produces a plan for selling the property. I found him available and open to ideas to make the property attractive to potential buyers. Our home sold in 5 days, we had 3 offers over asking price and the home remained attractive to buyers, I can’t say enough to praise him and his expertise!

Jason is a wonderful agent and helped me buy my last 2 homes. He knows what to look for, is tactful in how he corresponds with other agents, and most importantly, he is SO responsive! Guaranteed that if you have a question or a showing request, you'll hear from Jason in max two hours (usually much quicker). He knows his houses, where to look for red flags, and value of homes and area. 10/10 would recommend and will use again when the time arises.
