In my case, I was an out of state buyer looking for a future home. Jim served as the “man on the ground”, coordinating critical details and handling changes (inevitable) before they even reach me… that’s right many times, Jim would text saying “I solved this problem for you” rather than “you have a problem”- this is a level of service you just don’t see these days. I don’t know who your considering but going with Jim is likely the best thing you can do! No regrets!
