My experience with Jim started a little over 6 months ago, I can confidentially say that this realtor goes above and beyond for clients. In my case, I was an out of state buyer looking for a future home. Jim served as the “man on the ground”, coordinating critical details and handling changes (inevitable) before they even reach me… that’s right many times, Jim would text saying “I solved this problem for you” rather than “you have a problem”- this is a level of service you just don’t see these days. Not really sure where to start. Marcell was an integral part of us finding a home we love. We originally tested the market looking at various agents and eventually we decided on Marcell. What made us pick Marcell was that he was honest about every house he showed. We never felt like this was a person looking to push a home on us. My wife and I set out to find our forever home, and in comes Suzette as a part of our journey.
