I know our situation added extra stressors, but she was great and working with us and find solutions. What was most impressive was her ability to stick to the timeline she gave us. She picked the perfect moment to put it on the market and she got it under contract quickly! Our house is weird and I expected it to be hard to sell, but she knew exactly how to market it to make the right people take an interest.

She was able to negotiate a sale in a Condo Association with several restrictions and encouraged the buyer to pursue a cash sale.
