We asked Denise to help us with narrowing down our home search and when we were finally between two homes to choose from she offered common sense suggestions that made our choice clear. For instance, in comparing the final two homes Denise made a good point about the Sellers’ upkeep of the houses that we did not notice. Denise is very detail-oriented and on top of the situation. And additionally, she is so pleasant to work with and always available. In addition, during the whole buying and negotiating process Denise led us to solutions and outcomes that were comfortable. She made a molehill out of some mountainous problems!!
