Stellar Agent who is so patient, calm and pleasant all the time, under any circumstance

Denise Kinzler is one of the most effective Real Estate professionals we have ever worked with. She promptly answers any text or call one has and comes up with a solution almost right away. Her knowledge about the field of real estate as well as homeownership is remarkable. We asked Denise to help us with narrowing down our home search and when we were finally between two homes to choose from she offered common sense suggestions that made our choice clear. For instance, in comparing the final two homes Denise made a good point about the Sellers’ upkeep of the houses that we did not notice. Denise is very detail-oriented and on top of the situation. And additionally, she is so pleasant to work with and always available. She found a 20 minute window in an absolutely busy day to accommodate my second visit of the day to the house so I could look at something I realized I needed to see again. This visit was a few hours after I had already seen the house in the morning! We had already seen the house a few times before this, as well. We truly love working with Denise; nothing is too small or too large about home buying and home ownership that she didn’t cover with us. (She showed us how to: turn on the smart oven, the sprinkler system, the Carbon Monoxide monitor etc etc). In addition, during the whole buying and negotiating process Denise led us to solutions and outcomes that were comfortable. She made a molehill out of some mountainous problems!! This experience led us to realize that one needs a good Real Estate professional even if you think you do not need one. Thank you so much Berkshire Hathaway for Denise Kinzler. We bought our home in The Canoe Club in Fayetteville, GA on March 31, 2026.

Amazing Partner to Weather the Storm!

We had a rather turbulent experience selling our home and Denise was an amazing partner through all the ups and downs. She is a great communicator and a great negotiator. More importantly, she is a great supporter and went above and beyond all expectations to see us through our selling and closing process. I would highly recommend Denise if you are looking to sell or buy a property. She has helped us with multiple property transactions.

Great Experience!

I can't recommend Denise Kinzler highly enough! She was an absolute pleasure to work with when selling our home. Denise is incredibly thorough and particular in the best way- she paid close attention to every detail, from staging suggestions and pricing strategy to navigating paperwork and negotiations. Her meticulous approach gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process, and it paid off with a smooth and successful sale. Besides her professionalism, Denise is genuinely a wonderful person- kind, empathetic with a great sense of humor, and always putting her clients first. In what can be a very stressful experience, she made it manageable! If you're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented realtor who truly cares about you and your home, she's the one!
