He leaves nothing to chance as was the case when he was not comfortable with the home "comps" he was obtaining because there were no homes recently sold in our neighborhood. Therefore, he recommended we obtain an appraisal. We appreciated his honesty in recognizing we needed more expertise to ensure we priced our home competitively. While it was a challenge to sell our home during a time that was not in our favor. We were fortunate to have hired Raymond a consummate professional to partner with us and ultimately, we were successful in selling our home.

This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it.
