Denise Kinzler is one of the most effective Real Estate professionals we have ever worked with. She promptly answers any text or call one has and comes up with a solution almost right away. Her knowledge about the field of real estate as well as homeownership is remarkable. We asked Denise to help us with narrowing down our home search and when we were finally between two homes to choose from she offered common sense suggestions that made our choice clear. For instance, in comparing the final two homes Denise made a good point about the Sellers’ upkeep of the houses that we did not notice. Denise is very detail-oriented and on top of the situation. And additionally, she is so pleasant to work with and always available. She found a 20 minute window in an absolutely busy day to accommodate my second visit of the day to the house so I could look at something I realized I needed to see again. This visit was a few hours after I had already seen the house in the morning! We had already seen the house a few times before this, as well. We truly love working with Denise; nothing is too small or too large about home buying and home ownership that she didn’t cover with us. (She showed us how to: turn on the smart oven, the sprinkler system, the Carbon Monoxide monitor etc etc). In addition, during the whole buying and negotiating process Denise led us to solutions and outcomes that were comfortable. She made a molehill out of some mountainous problems!! This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer.
