Dan is an experienced agent with good knowledge of the market. I appreciated his honesty, but more importantly, I appreciated his loyalty to me as his client. I wanted to make a counter offer he did not agree with, but he made the offer, letting me know why he had his concerns., I was selling during a spike in Covid-19 and did not want a lock box put on the door to limit entries to only truly potential buyers. He agreed to unlock the door at every showing so as to limit exposure inside the residence.
