Excellent experience with this team. We worked with Tara Kipp from this agents group. She told us how much our house would sell for, which was way beyond what we had thought. She brought in a professional photographer, who took amazing pictures that just made the house look so appealing. Once it was listed we had 3 offers in the first hour before we even held an open house. By the end of one weekend we had 13 offers and got the best possible deal imaginable, and we only had to be out of our house for a couple of hours Sat and Sun. The rest of her team was quick and efficient sending us documents to sign and answering all of our questions. I could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommend Jennifer, Tara and the entire team and will use them again if we ever have the need.
