We met Dan 4 years ago when we were looking for a condo in St. Pete for our son. The listing agent didn't want to go out on the weekend and that was all the time we had. I called Dan and he met me there two hours later and we bought the unit the same day. As we were from out of town, Dan handled all of the arrangements and made it all seamless.
