Our family was relocating to to the Valrico/Lithia/Brandon area. We knew nothing about the area or the school districts other than their proximity to our new jobs. Stephanie made the transition as smooth and painless as possible. She helped us understand the pros and cons of each neighborhood and offered invaluable insight into the schools. She even called a school to inquire about programs for one of my children simply because she knew how much it meant to my child. Who does that?! She was able to inquisitively know what we may or may not like about specific homes. Many times I had to rely on her to look at the houses for me because I was not able to return to the area prior to moving. Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. She took care of everything and made us think of things we hadn't considered. I would absolutely recommend her!
