Initially after looking at about 6 units we decided to change our criteria a bit and then we had to head home ( not FL residents). A few weeks later Stephanie reached out to us on a condo listing she saw in Tierra Verde that was amazing. She arranged a video tour for us and we fell in love with it. We had to do everything long distance and she was awesome on all aspects. She got us a great price and a great deal on the unit. .Had to do a remote closing, that was very smooth. About 6 weeks later we made it down to FL to actually stay in our new unit, opened the deck blinds and off of our balcony were dolphins in the canal that we could see - we joked that Stephanie did a great job planning the dolphins visit!! Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. She went the extra mile for us because we were not able to be there.

Stephanie has the personal touch you hear about but dont always get to see or experience. Through out the process I felt confident that she had my back. I never felt pressured which is big for me. Thank you Stephanie!!!

Stephanie was very personable and she always gave us insight as if she was on our team. I never got the feeling that she was just telling me what I wanted to hear, which I have experienced before.
